I generally listen to all types of music but by far my favourite genre of music would be electronic and the type of music which spins off from that. Consisting of EDM (Electronic Dance Music) and house. These types of music use "build ups" to a "drop" where the song either takes a much slower pace or faster pace. These genres of music of used frequently in nightclubs, raves and certain festivals, with Tomorrowland being one of the biggest EDM festivals in the world. an example of a quite modern example of EDM music is a song called boneless by a large US DJ called Steve Aoki. The main reasons i listen to this music is because i like the different pace of the music. One way i listen to music is through a game Audiosurf, this is a game where you can ride you own music. I like this because different music goes at different paces.
I tend to listen to music at most times of the day, on the way to school and during homework. I also listen to it when i go to sleep.
